I stepped away from a 12+ year career in IT to do work that feels more real: supporting people, not just businesses.

I'm a firm believer in the strength of the family unit. Today, I work with men and young men to help them make sense of themselves in a fast-moving, social media-driven world.

I currently volunteer with Lifeline, providing crisis support to people in distress and learning to sit with them in some of their most difficult moments. Alongside this, I also volunteer as a youth mentor with a local council, supporting young men to build confidence and feel heard as they navigate their life journey.

I'm particularly interested in the amplification of modern day challenges, and how these play out in society today. Specifically, the potential distortion of social media and their impact on men and young men.

My approach is person-centred and strength-based. I don't see people as broken. I see people trying to make sense of what's going on, often without the space to properly talk it through.

Creating a space where people can talk openly, make sense of what's going on, and start moving forward. That's what matters to me.
